How to: Make sure your facial features (eyebrows, eyes, pupils, nose, lips...) are correctly fit to the webcam feed. Then follow your mouse with your eyes as you click on different parts of the screen. This will continuously calibrate the system; then, moving just your eyes should rotate the molecule in real time trying to always bring to the front those residues you are looking at, and labeling them.

Instructions: First click on a few locations within the screen while looking purposefully at the cursor. (Both clicks and cursor movements make the predictions more accurate.) Then move your eyes around the screen; if well calibrated, the atoms you look at should come to the front. Keep calibrating if you, the screen or light sources move or change.

This app displays a structure of ubiquitin (PDB ID 1UBQ, colored by amino acid type) with JSmol and controls it through webcam-based eye tracking with WebGazer (modified slightly by Angel Herraez for compatibility).
